Showa Denko reinforces supply of high-purity gases to semiconductor industry in Asia

Showa Denko said today that it has increased production of high-purity ammonia at its subsidiary in Zhenjiang Province, China, earlier this year and has begun shipping product in tank containers, in addition to conventional shipments by cylinder, to meet rising demand from customers.   Separately, in Taiwan and Singapore, the company expanded high-purity-gas stockpiling warehouses at its distribution bases at the end of last year.
