Terms were not disclosed. R&H says it will acquire all intellectual property associated with the business, as well as a semi-works plant at Rochester, NY. The films are used within the backlight module contained in LCD panels of devices including PDAs, cell phones, desktop monitors, notebook computers, and televisions.
