KMG Chemicals to cease production in Italy

KMG Chemicals will cease production at its electronic chemicals plant in Milan and transfer production sites in France and the UK, the company says. The Milan site, which was acquired with Air Products’ high-purity process chemicals business in 2008, makes acids and solvents used in semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturing.
