Huntsman Sells Stereolithography Business

Huntsman says it has sold its stereolithography resin and Digitalis machine manufacturing businesses to 3D Systems (Valencia, CA) for $41 million in cash. The stereolithography business, which makes RenShape-brand photopolymers used primarily in three-dimensional part building systems, had revenues of $7 million in 2010.
