Dow to Expand Korean Electronic Materials Complex

Dow Electronic Materials, a unit of Dow Chemical,  will invest a further $45 million in its Cheonan, Korea electronics materials manufacturing complex over the next five years. The company signed a memorandum of understanding with the governments of South Chungcheong and the city of Cheonan to build the plant, which will produce light-emitting diodes (LED) and display panel components.
