Dow Acquires Lightscape Materials

Dow Chemical has acquired Lightscape Materials (Princeton, NJ), a private research company with intellectual property in specialty phosphor technology. Lightscape Materials’ major investors included Korean firm Wisepower (Seoul), and SRI International (Menlo Park, CA). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
