BASF Completes Electronic Materials Center

BASF says today it has completed construction of its new European Electronic Materials Center at Ludwigshafen, Germany. The plant took about 15 months to build and cost double digit millions of Euros, the company says. BASF plans to start routine manufacturing at the site from January 1, 2008, following qualification of the facility, which is scheduled to take place later this year.
