Altana Purchases Marbo's Casting Resins Business

Elantas Electrical Insulation, a subsidiary of Altana (Wesel, Germany), has purchased the Marbo Group’s (Milan, Italy) casting resins business for electrical and electronic applications. The purchase price was not disclosed. Marbo’s business includes products for the encapsulation or coating of electronic components with insulation compounds and materials.
