Air Liquide acquires advanced precursors firm

Air Liquide has signed an agreement to acquire Voltaix (Branchburg, NJ), Air Liquide announced today. The acquisition is expected to close later this summer, pending applicable regulatory approvals. No financial details were disclosed. The acquisition complements Air Liquide's existing activities in the area of advanced precursors for semiconductor manufacturing.
