Air Liquide, Aviza Extend JV

Air Liquide says it has extended its joint venture with Aviza Technology (Scotts Valley, CA) through 2010. Under the agreement, the companies will develop advanced films and processes for semiconductor fabrication. Financial details were not disclosed.
