Linde and Voltaix increase disilane capacity in the United States

Linde (Munich) and Voltaix (North Branch, NJ) have expanded disilane capacity at Linde's Upper Mount Bethel Township, PA, site, the companies announced today. The new capacity is required to meet global market demand, and the plant is in operation and customer qualification underway.
