China Releases New Batch of Rare Earth Export Quotas

China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC; Beijing) has released the latest batch of rare earths export quotas, according to state reports. The quotas total 9,770 m.t., with 8,537 m.t. of that light rare earths (LREs) and 1,233 m.t. of it heavy rare earths (HREs).
