(SOCC), a 50-50 joint venture between Sabic and Albemarle, has selected Samsung Engineering to provide engineering, procurement, and construction services for a previously announced aluminum alkyls plant at Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Samsung will begin detailed engineering immediately in Korea. Completion of the plant is scheduled for the third quarter of 2012.
