Novomer is developing a technology platform for producing performance polymers, plastics and other chemicals from carbon dioxide and renewable materials. The technology is based on the use of a proprietary catalyst system. DSM says in addition to the investment deal that it also plans to sign a cooperation agreement with Novomer.
