Grace and Chevron, announced last week that it has signed a sales agreement with Chevron Lummus Global (CLG) to streamline hydroprocessing catalyst (HPC) supply and improve technical service for refining customers. Under the terms of the deal, ART will have the exclusive right to sell CLG’s hydrocracking and lubes HPCs to CLG’s licensees and other petroleum refiners for unit refills.
