Grace Splits Davison Operating Segment

W.R. Grace says it has reorganized its businesses into three operating segments—Catalysts Technologies, Grace Materials Technologies and Grace Construction Products—to better align itself with the markets it serves, gain operational efficiencies, and reduce overhead costs.
