Sika Acquires U.S. Firm

Sika (Baar, Switzerland) says its Sika Corp. (Lyndhurst, NJ) subsidiary has acquired May National Associates (Lakewood, NJ), a manufacturer of silicone and polyurethane products for sealing and bonding in construction, industrial, and distribution markets. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. May National has annual sales of about $20 million and employs 60 people.
