RPM’s Tremco Purchases French Sealants Supplier

RPM International says that its wholly owned subsidiary Tremco illbruck International (Cologne, Germany) has acquired Prosytec (Paris) from a subsidiary of Goodrich (Charlotte, NC). Prosytec sells sealants for the construction and window assembly markets in Southern and Eastern Europe. Financial details were not disclosed.
