Lord Launches Argentine Subsidiary

Lord Corporation (Cary, NC), an adhesives and sealants maker, has opened a subsidiary focused on the Argentine market. The subsidiary will be housed in Buenos Aires. The company has been in Brazil for four decades providing adhesives primarily to the automotive sector, and it expects to sell into the same end market in Argentina. Lord is also considering opening a subsidiary in Bogotá, Colombia, local news reports say.
