H.B. Fuller to Acquire Adhesives Manufacturer in Malaysia

H.B. Fuller says it has entered into a stock purchase agreement, under which it will acquire all of the shares of adhesives manufacturer Revertex Finewaters (Klang, Malaysia), a joint venture of Yule Catto (Harlow, U.K.) and Johor Corporation (Johor Bahru, Malaysia). Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2010.
