Fuller’s net income decreased in its fiscal fourth quarter ended November 27 because of charges related to a fire and the departure of the company’s CEO. Sales rose because of higher volumes and selling prices, as well as the impact of acquisitions. Net income fell 11%, to $21.9 million (44 cts/share), on sales up 6%, to $360.2 million.
