Rom Re Ro Munteanu (Brasov, Romania), a privately owned adhesives producer, which will be renamed Dynea Resins Romania. The move forms part of Dynea's efforts to stengthen its presence in the southeastern part of Europe. Rom Re Ro operates a production site at Rasnov, close to Brasov, which manufactures a wide range of products, including urea and phenolic resins for the wood-working industry and novolacs for a variety of industrial applications.
