Developing Nations Drive Demand

Developing regions, particularly China, are driving demand in the $23.8 billion global adhesives and sealants market, says John Lowry, a director at Chemark Consulting Group (Pensacola, FL). The global market is growing between 3.5%-5.5%/year, depending on end-product line, technology, and geography, but the fastest-growing region is Asia, where demand is growing on average about 6%/year, Lowry says.
