Cytec Inks Aircraft Composites Supply Agreement

Cytec has signed a supply agreement with a subsidiary of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (Comac; Shanghai) for the supply of structural composite and adhesive materials in commercial aircraft. The ten-year deal covers “a majority” of the Comac subsidiary’s composite material requirements for the construction of the C919, a new commercial aircraft line, Cytec says.
