3M Adding Capacity for Consumer Electronics Adhesives

3M says it will triple its global capacity for optically clear adhesives (OCAs) by expanding at plants in China, Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan. The additional capacity will support growth of consumer electronics such as smart phones, tablets, touch displays, and e-readers, 3M says. The company did not disclose the size of the investments.
