The proposed expansion would involve the use of a new process technology, which would turn Camacari into a leading world-class production facility, Dow says. It would support growing demand for end-use polyurethanes products in Latin America. Dow expects to make a decision on the investment in the fourth quarter of of this year, and if approved, the new TDI capacity would come online in 2011. Dow...
