Solutia Sells Perkalink Business and Select Primary Accelerators to Lanxess

Solutia says it has sold its Perkalink anti-reversion agent business to Lanxess for an undisclosed sum. The company says it has also entered into a definitive agreement to sell select primary accelerators assets to Lanxess.
