The company says it has also entered into a definitive agreement to sell select primary accelerators assets to Lanxess. Financial terms were not disclosed. Perkalink is part of Flexsys, Solutia's technical specialties product portfolio, which manufactures and supplies high-quality rubber chemicals and specialty fluids.
