Markets :: Plastics :: Synthetic rubber Lanxess to Expand EPDM Finishing Technology at Orange, TX8:31 AM MDT | October 26, 2011 | Lindsey Bewley Lanxess says it will expand finishing technology for ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber at its Orange, TX facility. The company says it will spend about $7 million on the project, which is expected to be completed in the third-quarter of 2012. Construction is currently underway. The Orange facility currently has the capacity to produce about 60,000 m.t./year of EPDM rubber.
