Markets :: Plastics :: Synthetic rubber Dynasol to Form Synthetic Rubber JV in China4:50 AM MST | December 15, 2010 | Deepti Ramesh Dynasol, a joint venture of Repsol and the Kuo Group (Mexico City) says it has signed an agreement with Shanxi Northern Xing’an Chemical Industry (Xing’an) to jointly produce and market synthetic rubber in China. Dynasol and Xing’an will form a 50-50 joint venture company that will build a synthetic rubber manufacturing plant in Liaoning province in China, which will have a production capacity of 100,000 m.t./year.
