Westlake Unit Plans PVC Pipe Plant

North American Pipe (NAP; Houston), the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe business of Westlake Chemical, says it will invest approximately $30 million to build a new PVC pipe plant at Yucca, AZ.
