Westlake Buys PVC Pipe Plant

North American Pipe, a subsidiary of Westlake Chemical says it has acquired a majority of the assets of a PVC pipe plant formerly owned by Freedom Plastics at Janesville, WS. The plant has capacity for 190 million lbs/ year of PVC pipe.
