Vinyls Italia's PVC Should Be Back on Market 'Before End of Year'

A long-awaited final agreement between troubled polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and vinyl chloride monomer producer Vinyls Italia (Porto Marghera,Italy) and ENI (Rome), for the supply of feedstocks and utlilities from ENI to Vinyls Italia, was signed yesterday. The deal calls for an initial supply of materials sufficient for at least three months' production of PVC.
