Three bidders remain for French PVC producer Kem One

Three bidders remain in the race for the takeover of beleaguered polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producer Kem One (Lyon, France) after the extended submission period, the company has announced. These takeover bids will be presented to the Commercial Court of Lyon at a hearing scheduled for 26 September. The submission deadline had been pushed back to allow more time to the bidders to finalize the details of their respective takeover projects, as reported by CW.
