PolyOne Sells Stake in Vinyl Compounding JV to Mexichem

PolyOne says it has sold its 50% equity interest in Geon Polimeros Andinos (GPA; Cartagena, Colombia), a vinyl compounding joint venture, to Mexichem for $13.5 million.
