Petronas Ups Stake in Vietnam JV

Petronas (Kuala Lumpur) says it has agreed to acquire PetroVietnam’s (Hanoi) 43% stake in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producer Phu My Plastics for an undisclosed amount.
