Lawmakers Ask Obama to Replace CPSC Chief

Four Democrats have asked President Obama to replace Nancy Nord, head of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, saying she “grossly mishandled” a product safety law banning phthalates and lead in products intended for children under 12 years old.
