Four New Offers for Vinyls Italia

The “invitation to tender” for the acquisition of Vinyls Italia (Porto Marghera, Italy) closed last Friday. Government-appointed commissars at the company, a producer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and vinyl chloride monomer (VCM), currently in special administration, have received four offers, according to a statement issued by Italy's Ministry of Economic Development.
