Ablakprofil, which has accumulated losses of about $12 million over the last seven years, does not fit with the rest of BorsodChem's portfolio, the company says. BorsodChem's main products are methylene di-para-phenylene isocyanate and toluene diisocyanate. The company also has a PVC resin business, which is up for sale.
