Receiver accepts eighth expression of interest in Kem One; bids to be presented at court tomorrow

The official receiver for troubled polyvinyl chloride producer Kem One (Lyon, France) has accepted an eighth letter expressing interest in the acquisition of the company, Kem One annouced today. The eight letters of interest will be presented at tomorrow's hearing of the commercial court of Lyon. The official receiver, Bruno Sapin, received the eighth letter from an undisclosed investment fund on 5 July, the extended deadline for bids. The new bid joins those presented in mid-June by three investment funds, one industrial company, two private individuals...
