Kem One secures funding to continue operating under terms of receivership

Beleaguered polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producer Kem One (Lyon, France) has secured funding that it says will enable the company to continue operating under the terms of its receivership. Kem One announced today that it had received approval from the commercial court of Lyon to continue operating during the six-month receivership period, which began on 27 March as reported by CW. The funding scheme, developed in conjunction with Kem One's partners, should enable Kem One to continue operating while a long-term solution for the business is sought, the company says...
