Kraton Polymers IPO Underway

Kraton Polymers commenced its IPO today, offering over 10 million shares at $13.50/share, the company says. About $139 million will be raised as a result of the IPO. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol KRA. The company converted to a Delaware corporation prior to the IPO. The proceeds from the stock sale will be used to repay part of Kraton's credit facility and to fund capital projects.
