Ineos Nova Cuts European PS Production by 30%

Ineos Nova says it will cut its European polystyrene (PS) production by 30% in October to balance supply with demand. "The demand for PS has continued to be significantly lower than expected and the outlook remains uncertain," the company says. In September margins have reached a record low and are unsustainable, the company adds.
