Jarden acquires Lifoam from American Capital for $60 million

Jarden Corp. (Rye, NY) has acquired Lifoam Holdings (Hunt Valley, MD) from private equity firm American Capital (Bethesda, MD). American Capital received $60 million in debt and equity proceeds and realized a gain of $14 million, subject to post-closing adjustments.
