Sibur's products from Tobolsk gain access to EU market with Reach certification

Sibur said today that its Tobolsk-Polymer (Tobolsk, Russia) unit has obtained the European Union’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of chemicals (Reach) certification for propylene manufactured at the company’s new propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plant at Tobolsk. The Reach certification opens up export markets of EU member states.
