Sibur (Moscow), a Gazprom subsidiary, has selected Ineos’s Innovene process for a previously announced 200,000-m.t./year polypropylene (PP) plant at the Tomsk, Russia complex of Tomskneftekhim, a subsidiary of Sibur.
