Saudi PP Producer Changes Name to Reflect Future Plans

The board of directors of Advanced Polypropylene Co. (APPC) has approved the change of the company's name to Advanced Petrochemical Co. (Advanced). Chairman of Advanced, Khalifa bin Abdullatif Al-Mulhem said the new identify goes with the future plans that the company has. "Advanced is an ambitious company that has strategic plans for more projects and expansions that will meet stockholders and investors expectations and contribute toward the development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is based on plans set by the government."
