Russian PP Unit Restarts

Energy company Lukoil (Moscow) says that its Stavrolen subsidiary has resumed production at a polypropylene (PP) plant at Budyennovsk, Russia following an overhaul of the unit. Production at the PP plant was halted after a fire last April that killed three workers.
