PetroChina Commissions Daqing Petrochemical Complex

PetroChina says it has completed construction of a major petchems expansion project at Daqing, China. The new 600,000 m.t./year ethylene production facility, based on the Stone & Webster process, increased Daqing Petrochemical’s total ethylene capacity to 1.2 million m.t./year.
