Petro Rabigh Delays Restarting of HOFCC Unit, Expects Lower PP Sales

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh; Rabigh, Saudi Arabia) has delayed until the end of this month the re-commissioning of one of the main units within the Rabigh-based refining and petrochemical complex, which has been undergoing a “periodic maintenance.” The high olefins fluidized catalytic cracker (HOFCC) remains offline due to the scheduling of additional maintenance work on the unit’s main fractionator.
