Markets :: Plastics :: Polypropylene PT Pertamina (Persero) Picks Dow's Unipol PP Process for West Java10:24 AM MDT | June 29, 2009 | Lindsey Bewley PT Pertamina (Persero) (Jakarta, Indonesia) says it has selected the Unipol polypropylene (PP) technology from Dow Basic Plastics for a 250,000 m.t./year PP facility to be built at its Balongan complex at West Java, Indonesia. “The project is expected to be completed in 2011 and will be the largest PP reactor line in Indonesia,” says Karen Shepard Jackson, global commercial director/PP licensing and catalyst business at Dow.
